Mind Matters: Keeping Your New Year’s Resolutions

As the month of March is steadily approaching, your New Year’s resolution to “get fit” might be slowly slipping off track.  It’s important to see your resolution as a lifestyle change, rather than a temporary routine.  You are your biggest fan when it comes to achieving a goal, so keep your mind motivated!  Trying to stay inspired when it comes to working out may be challenge, especially if you’re not seeing instant results.

Keeping a Journal is a big Motivator!

One tip I’ve found extremely useful is journaling my progress. Keeping a visual record of your workouts inspires you to keep going — and keep journaling! Try it for yourself!
