Weekly Challenge: Take 2

Hopefully all of you have been keeping up with our last challenge of drinking more water, if you’re behind or just joining us now, check out our challenges over on the Weekly Wellness page.

If you were able to keep chugging along throughout the entire week, you are borderline perfect. For those of us a little less successful-keep working at it! Keeping your body hydrated is sooo important, you’ll not only feel better but you’ll look better too!

We hope you’re ready to add another new habit to your schedule, because our second challenge is going to be a little more time consuming-but completely worth it. Ever wonder how much exercise you should be getting? Well, here at wellnessU, we took the guesswork out for you. Make sure to check back in with us throughout the week to see how we’re doing and share your progress with us, we’d love to hear. Also-don’t forget to keep going with the water bottles, ESPECIALLY with all the sweating you’ll be doing this week!
