Now that you’re chugging that water and dedicating a few hours to exercise (HOPEFULLY!), it’s time to move on to our next WEEKLY WELLNESS CHALLENGE:

Probably our easiest challenge to date, getting more sleep. Check our “weekly wellness” tab to get the details in full and learn why getting enough sleep each night is sooo important.

But remember: in order to work towards our goal of personal wellness, each of these challenges build on each other. Whether you’ve been challenging yourself for two weeks or are just joining us now, see if you can keep up with your water consumption, exercise and sleep. After all, that’s why its a challenge.
